1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mataan Logistics services, including our website, mobile applications, and any related transportation, logistics, or airport transfer services (collectively the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Usage & Bookings

When booking a service with Mataan Logistics, you agree to the following:

All bookings must be made accurately with correct pickup and drop-off locations, dates, and times.
You must provide accurate contact information to ensure our drivers can reach you.
Mataan Logistics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially in cases of suspected fraud or unsafe conditions.
Quotations provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on actual requirements, toll fees, or extended waiting times.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are expected to conduct themselves appropriately while using our transportation services. Any damage caused to our vehicles by a passenger will result in a cleaning or repair fee assessed to the passenger or the person who booked the service. The use of illegal substances and the consumption of alcohol by minors are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

While we strive to provide timely and reliable services, Mataan Logistics cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data resulting from your use of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property (Xuquuqda Lahaanshiyaha)

The Mataan VIP brand, including but not limited to our logo, website design, text, graphics, and images of our luxury fleet, are the exclusive property of Mataan Logistics and are protected by Somaliland and international copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, mirroring, or using any of our assets for commercial purposes without prior written consent from our management.

6. Changes to Terms (Wax-ka-bedelka Shuruudaha)

Mataan Logistics reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may occur due to shifts in fuel pricing, new regulatory requirements in Somaliland, or updates to our service model. We will notify users of major changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
