Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Mataan Logistics, we aim to provide exceptional transportation and logistics services. We want you, our customer, to be completely satisfied with your experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for bookings made through our platform.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 24 hours notice: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you are eligible for a full 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Between 12 and 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
  • Less than 12 hours notice: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are generally non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • No-shows: If a passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Mataan Logistics

In the rare event that Mataan Logistics must cancel a confirmed booking due to vehicle unavailability, severe weather, or other unforeseeable circumstances, you will be notified immediately and provided with a full 100% refund, or the option to reschedule your service at your convenience.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Zaad, Edahab Plus, or Credit Card). Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
