In the rare event that Mataan Logistics must cancel a confirmed booking due to vehicle unavailability, severe weather, or other unforeseeable circumstances, you will be notified immediately and provided with a full 100% refund, or the option to reschedule your service at your convenience.
Approved refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Zaad, Edahab Plus, or Credit Card). Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
